1:1 Coaching for People Who Want to Keep Growing

Because sometimes the hardest person to lead is yourself.

Invest in Myself
Coaching isn’t about fixing you—it’s about building on what’s already there. Whether you’re new to leadership or have been in the role for years, growth can feel both exciting and complicated. You might notice:

  • You’re confident in many areas, but still hit moments of doubt or overthinking.
  • You’ve been leading for a while, but want fresh tools to handle today’s challenges (and tomorrow’s).
  • You want to step up with more clarity, consistency, or courage—even when things get tricky.
  • You’ve got strong skills, but sometimes feel like you’re carrying it all alone.
  • You’re curious about how to lean into your natural strengths, not just push harder.
  • You want a space that’s just for you—to think out loud, practice, and get honest feedback that makes you sharper.

This work is for leaders (and humans) who know they have more to give—and want to keep becoming the kind of leader people trust, respect, and actually want to follow.

The Work Well Co Approach

Coaching with me isn’t about theory or endless pep talks. It’s about practical, honest work that helps you grow into the leader you want to be.

Get clear on your goals

Sometimes that’s confidence, sometimes
it’s communication, sometimes it’s simply
leading without burning out.

02

Use CliftonStrengths
as a lens

We’ll tap into who you naturally are so
you’re leading from your strengths, not
fighting against them.

03

Start with your story

We dig into your leadership journey, what’s
going well, and what feels stuck.

01

Adjust as we go

Some weeks you’ll need a sounding board,
other weeks a push, and sometimes a
reset.

05

Meet regularly

I typically meet with people for 60–90 minutes on Zoom every 2–3 weeks, depending on your needs and schedule. This way, we keep the momentum going.

06

Practice real
conversations

Whether it’s feedback, conflict, or big
picture vision, we use real scenarios so
you’re not “winging it” when it matters most.

04

What You’ll Walk Away With

  1. More confidence (not the fake-it kind, the real kind).
  2. Practical tools you can use in the unpredictable moments of leadership.
  3. Clarity on your strengths and how to lead from them.
  4. Communication skills that make feedback and tough conversations less scary.
  5. A fresh perspective on what’s possible for you as a leader and as a human.
  6. Energy and momentum to keep moving forward—not just now, but long term.

Explore Coaching

From high-level directors and CEOs in the Tahoe Basin to emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in Reno, I work with people who are ready to grow in real time. Most of my 1:1 coaching happens on Zoom, which makes it easy to fit into a busy schedule—but my roots (and many of my clients) are right here in Tahoe and Northern Nevada.

The industries vary—tech, hospitality, government, healthcare—but the challenges are familiar: leading people, building trust, and showing up with confidence. Coaching gives you the tools to meet those moments with more clarity and less stress—whether you’re running the show or learning how to lead it.

Coaching for Leaders

frequently asked questions

I’m not in a leadership role. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely. I love working with people who want to find their power, learn to speak up, plan their career with intention, or better understand their strengths. Coaching isn’t only for those with a title—it’s for anyone ready to grow.

I’ve been told I’m “too direct” or need to “be nicer” at work. Can you help?

Yes. I’ve got plenty of tools to help you communicate more effectively and strengthen your relationships with the people asking you to change—all while staying true to yourself (and your spicy nature).

Will what I say in coaching stay private?

Always. Confidentiality is essential, especially inside a workplace or in a small community like ours. I couldn’t do this work well if I weren’t skilled at keeping information to myself. Coaching only works if you can be real, and that means you can trust me to keep what you share private.

Work feels better when people do too

even when it’s messy.
